One of my favourite books 🤓 so grateful for @jayshetty sharing his wisdom with us all for so many years! One of my first podcasts I ever listened to!

Who is joining for a yummy yin class in ibiza on Sunday?
I have a lovely hip and heart opener sequence that will help to reset the nervous system, open up blockages and focusing on the fascia helping with releasing stuck energy.

Yin yoga is what I swear by has made HUGE shifts in my life. I used to really struggle with sleeping and suffered insomnia in my teens. When I discovered yin yoga it honestly has changed everything- I now sleep 6/8hrs a night and have an occasional day nap which I never thought I could ever do! 🦋 The magic of sleep and being comfortable with ur thoughts, silence and vibration is beautiful!

Why Yin is so amazing- the practise focuses on calming the mind allowing time and space for our bodies,mind and breath to unify and to go deeper into our poses and minds. This results in letting go in a very profound way and creating new energy for our life to manifest to. When ur vibration is in a positive rhythm, everything around you seems to fall into place ✨

Anyone struggling with anxiety, sleeping issues or simply wants to deepens the muscle release (also great for runners!), I highly recommend trying to slow everything down- switching from human doing to hunan being through this gorgeous practise.

To be still is sometimes the hardest things to do in a world where we are always moving, but probably the thing that is needed the most 🪬

So, I am having a little moment of gratitude over here and thought I might as well share, if ya can be bothered to read🤣

I am IMMENSELY grateful for the journey this city has challenged and gifted me as my photography and yoga career has unfolded. 🙏🏻

Forever and EVER, I will cherish all the amazing friends that I have had the luxury of getting to grow with and to know on so many different levels and experiences. Some new and some old, and I know that we will keep on keeping on together as life continues. 🫶🏻 you know who you are 😉

The incredible clients+ yoga students, that I have had the pleasure of evolving with over the past 15 YEARS. Thank you, forever inspiring me and encouraging me to keep on learning and expanding my knowledge and to show up as best as I know for you. Thank you, THANK YOU!! How much I learn from students each class continues to humble and amaze me, teaching yoga will never be dull that’s for sure!🧘‍♀️

And lastly the biggest thanks for the incredible teachers that have shared their wisdom, knowledge and believed in me when I doubted myself. The studios that took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to be able to share the love. And now on to the next chapter, I know in my intuition it’s the right move and can’t wait to welcome anyone who passes through Ibiza to a yoga class at @ashramibiza_yoga_center or one of my upcoming workshops and retreats in 2025!🪬

We have exciting things coming next year, and I am planning to launch the website in the next few weeks. Where I will announce the first retreat hopefully before Xmas! Watch this space for updates👀

Your life looks the way it does because you are repeating the same patterns, good or bad and that is what creates your world.

Habits at first can be hard to change, if you want change in your life, you need to put in the initial effort and nurture your growth for sustainability.
