Come and enjoy a wholesome yoga retreat with Dara Dorsman who is local to the island, Ibiza, where you can bathe in the gorgeous sunshine and enjoy the magic of the islands gifts. Dara has a relaxed approach to her retreats giving plenty of space, freedom for individuals to reap the benefits of the islands nature and the practises offered.
Dara has created ”Yoga + The Elements” as an offer for individuals to connect with nature and find transformational experiences balanced in harmony with natures shifts that happen during each season. She encourages for human beings to tap into these organic shifts that happen within and all around us constantly, the one thing that is constant is change. She invites you to look within and gracefully flow through these shifts together.
She has offered different options for these experiences in mind offering different levels of luxury, styles of yoga and seasonal nutritional meals that will be catered to individual specific needs if offered and interested.
For example, Dara works with a nutritionist who is one of the chefs on her retreats, and is planning on offering customised plans for people with individual needs for purification of the mind and body, whether you are working with insomnia, anxiety or dietary issues we learn how seasonal natural ingredients can help cleanse the mind and physical body to bring us closer to balance.
She has carefully aimed to considered the guests needs as much as possible, so has chosen to offer various options; high ticket retreats which would include more luxury, personalised meal plans etc As well as giving a weekend getaway break, where payments can be made instalments for a affordable prices.
In hope to give everyone the chance to reap the benefits of creating space for yourself and putting that investment in for you! Which in her experience has always been worth it and priceless! She hopes to inspire and elevate her guests.
