1. Damage Deposit:
   We are required to take a deposit of €100+IVA in the event of any potential damages to your room. This will be automatically refunded to you after the retreat.
2. Discount:
   A 10% discount is available for those bringing a friend, provided payment is made by Friday 15th August, 2025.
3. Full Payment:
   Full payment is due by 15th September, 2025. If not paid by this date, the spot will be open for resale, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation:
   If you cancel 1 month or less prior to the retreat date, no refund will be given. If you cancel over 1 month prior to the retreat date, your deposit will be held, and a 50% of the full price will be refunded, provided we are able to fill your spot.
5. Instalment Plans:
   Instalment plans are available but full payment must be made by 15th September, 2025.

1. Travel Arrangements:
   Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of flights, private transfers, and extra travel around the island. 

2. Insurance:
   You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, accidents, yoga, hiking.

3. Horse Valley Trip:
   Dara has arranged a one-day trip to the Horse Valley, led by a team sharing their knowledge about the connection on human-animal interactions and its healing properties. This is part of the retreat package. Followed by a picnic and some yin yoga in nature. Trips like these *and yoga on the beach or trips to town will be arranged with the a driver.

4. Private Day Trips:
   If you wish to arrange a private day trip, this must be organised separately and is not included in the package. Dara is happy to help.

1. Behavior:
   Participants displaying antisocial behavior, bullying, or harassment may be asked to leave the retreat and this behaviour would not be accepted.

2. Property Responsibility:
   Participants are responsible for the property and any damages caused. A £100+IVA damage deposit is taken upon booking and returned within 1 week after the retreat, provided there are no damages.

By signing up for the retreat, you confirm the following:

• You are over 18 and legally able to participate.
• You have read and understood these terms and conditions.
• You voluntarily waive any rights to sue the Organizer.
• You sign this waiver freely, without any inducement or assurance.
